Organizations control the operational content submitted to their workspaces. Workspace administrators may access, manage, export, or remove data according to their permissions and applicable agreements.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type of information and the workspace plan.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so account owners should also use strong credentials and appropriate access controls.
